Arthur:

To start with, you can go to the pharamacy and get two things: a wash or cleansing bar containing benzoyl peroxide, and an acne gel with any of the following ingrediants: benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, or resorcinol. (There are many brand names with these ingredients.) Use these products once or twice every day. Be patinet--it may take a month or two to work. If the medications irriate your skin, or if you don't get better in a couple of months, visit a dermatologist for more help. (And although it's tempting, never pick or squeeze your pimples.)
