Acute Pancreatitis

I have four attacks of acute pancreatitis, last week myself had endo-sonograpy. Report concludes micro-stones in gallbladder, which is creating problem to pancrease.

Please let me know what are the reasons of having pain in pancresase and what will happen if gallbladder is removed?
