That was a whole day ago? You NEED to take this kitten to the vet right away. If you can't afford it, then relinquish it to the vet. It's better than letting it suffer.
I know you think you can't afford the vet but most office visits only cost around $20 to $25 or so plus any medication, etc. Most vets are willing to take payments or give you a break on the office visit. If not, then please do the right thing and give the kitten over to the vet. This poor thing is suffering. It would be better to take it to the pound where they can mercifully put it to sleep rather than let it continue to suffer. You don't know if it has internal injuries or what.
And please, before you get another pet, please, please make sure you can afford it. You have to take that in to consideration when you get a pet, that you will have vet bills, etc.
Don't let this poor thing suffer anymore. Take her either to the vet and see if they can fix her up, or take her to the pound and have her put to sleep. That's better than her suffering. Cat's don't always show when they're hurting or suffering. She could be bleeding internally. You just don't know. You've already waited a day. Don't wait any longer. Please.

This situation is aggravating. I will, however, say this very calmly because I do wish to help you and that poor animal. I second April2. You could use your credit card to make payments if your debit card cannot be used at this point. You could also take her to your local SPCA where they offer low cost vet care AND can also give you some good information on where to take your pets for low cost care as well.

It is best that you take action now. Your kitten needs to see a vet ASAP. I’m sorry this happened. I wish you and your kitten the best of luck.

Thank you for posting that information for tara353. That information has actually helped me as well. I am always taking in stray animals and can't always afford to take them to the vet right away. They do however see a vet eventually and before I find them homes.

Tara353 please take their advice and take this kitten to a vet right away. I couldn't take my kitten to the vet after dogs attacked it and I was able to get a loan from a loan company to be able to afford the vet bill. Now he is doing much better.

Let's just hope that Tara as well as others actually use the advice.  Why don't people realize how horrible it is when you can't afford vet care when their cat is in serious trouble?  They shouldn't just assume that the cat will never get injured or sick.  This is complete ignorance to me and unbelievably selfish of them.

I don't care who gets PO'd reading this either....I know plenty of others that would agree with everything that I've written!
