1) Extremely rare to zero
2) Doesn't sound like one but it's really a short description to comment on... the best advise I have for you is to see a dermatologist for confirmation...
3) Most of the people doesn't have any symptoms even after getting the virus in their bodies... it can take weeks, months or even years to show up the symptoms... many people do not show any symptoms throughout their life... there is no definite period...
4) can't guess with such a short description...

you can always come back to this forum with your questions if a doctor diagnoses those as hpv warts...
I'm assuming because of your answer to point #1 my other points don't matter as much. I married the second girlfriend I ever had. So in my entire life i've only had sex with my wife and oral with 2 others. So I think the chances of this being HPV Warts is basically non existant.
I might go to the doctors anyway just to be sure.
