weak ejeculation

I am a 49 year old male and have noticed over the last few years that when i ijeculate the sperm flow is weak and dribbles over the end of the penisCancer - penis
Curvature of the penis
Penis care (uncircumcised)
Penis pain, previously it was normal and would shoot out in force. Is this normal or have I a problem.I also feel that the orgasmOrgasmic dysfunction is not a good as it used to be.
