Opinion abouth Chemotherapy for Ovarian Cancer

Good afternoon and respect to you,
I have one doubt which will be gone i hope so with your answer. I am 22 years old and before two months I had surgery. Diagnosis was Ovarian Cancer: Cystadenomcarcinoma serosum ovarii (PT1a). The Cancer was 11x7x9mm. Now I receive only citostatic Carboplatin in my Chemotherapy. Somehows, I don't have Confidence in that citostatic. Can you tell me little more abouth it. Is that strong suficient for my diagnosis? What results are in use with this disease?
