Sacralization? Surgery?

Does sacralization require surgery? I am only 25 with chronic back pain (from powerlifting, I believe) and my back doesn't feel relief, barely ever... except when I was on pain killers and I quit those... withdrawals are horrid... I have several disc bulges, sacralization, and possibly stenosis... hmm
