sleeping hands

well I just want to know if this could be related to  my heart.  When I go to sleep, I sometimes wake up with numb hands and firgers it mostly my right hand?

It probably means that you fall asleep on your arm and hands.  There is a rare condition where an extra cervical rib could compress one of the arteries that goes to the right upper extremity causing these symptoms.  I think the former is more likely, however.  a simple chest xray would rule out the latter possiblity. This symptoms are unrelated to your heart.
