i am a 34 year old women who has had 2 children gained weight,lost weight had 2tubels,then a hystorectomy i have a huge pouch and no matter what i do it wont go away it hurts,i cant fit into clothes and it sags ,also my breasts are like an 70 year old women please i need help i dnt have the money to do these things.
