post operative symptoms

It is day three after having liposuction to remove fatty tissue from hips and thighs. Today I have a very bad headache, nausea and a low grade fever. Is this a common symptom or should I contact my doctor?

At this early stage, it would be most appropriate to contact you surgeon about your symptoms.  He/she understands the exact procedure performed and your medical history and would be in the best position to evaluate the seriousness of your complaints.

I underwent breast reduction surgery 23 days ago. I developed a haematoma which the surgeon aspirated 10 days ago. My question is in relation the swelling. I am really worried that the surgeon has not removed enough tissue as my old bras still fit ( I was previously 32 E). I am aware that there will always be post-operative swelling - but I have read that most of this swelling goes down within 2-3 weeks. Please could you give me some advice?

Many thanks.
