If you have other cats, someone could have taken a swipe at a "nosy" new kitten, so you might look for scratchesAllergy skin prick or scratch test Allergy testing on the noseNose fracture. Also, an active little kitten could have found any number of sharp objects around the house to accidently run into and hurt himself.

If your cat's an outdoor cat, this could be a sign of some trauma to the head. Something could've gotten in the nose. These are the possibilities that I could come up with.
Do me a favor, if you find out what it is please tell us on this forum.
Do you have other cats at home?
How is the kitten acting? Is he/she eating and drinking ok? Normal bowel movements and urination?
How long have you had this kitten and what vaccines have been done? Does he/she have any other drainage from the nostrils or eyes? Is he sneezing at all?

As zodiacqueen has said, this is not normal for a kitten. If the bleeding persists, you should contact your veterinarian today. If it stops and stays stopped, you could probably wait until normal business hours on Monday for an appointment. Either way, this little kitten should be seen so that you can get him/her updated on vaccines, dewormings, and tested for Feline Leukemia or FIV.
Good luck...we would love to hear back from you!
