Erection problems

by Razz316, Nov 29, 2008 12:46AM
I am a 21 year old male and I think I am experincing some erection problems. I don't know whether the cause is physical or psychological. I am about 30 pounds overweight and I am starting to exercise to see whether this helps. I also do Kegel exercises everyday twice a day because I heard these help. I've noticed over the past 2 months that I haven't gotten as hard as erections as I used to do, even when I masturbate. It used to be automatic. When I go to have sex with my girlfriend, I  start worrying about maintaining an erection and i also have experienced some premature ejaculation problems. I don't know if the worrying is hurting my erection. Even when i masturbate my erections arent as hard. also when i fantasize i don't get an erection like i use to. i don't know if this is all in my head or if there is  a physical problem with being overweight that is causing less blood flow? any help will be greatly appreciated.
