Peeing before pre-ejaculation

Hi i have a question. This is the situation. My boyfriend masturbated on Sunday and the following tuesday, we had oral sex or foreplay, i am just worried that i might get pregnant through the pre-ejaculate on his hand which he use to touch my vagina. Would that be possible to cause pregnancy, i am not sure if there was really a pre-ejaculate on his hand but i'm quite worried. I've heard that if a guy pees after his last ejaculation, that would actually clean his urethra and would expel sperm out there. His last ejaculation was on sunday and we had foreplay on tuesday, which gives him a lot of time to pee.
