Hello!!
My question is Im a 29 years old womar ho has an hysterectomy at the age 16. I have left only half of one ovary. The though of having a child have never crused my mind, But now i was at the ginecolgist and he toll me that its possible to take out som eggs from me, i wonder if that really its possible, its seems like surreal for me, at the same time im happy if i could do something like that.

The problm is that for one month ago i have start experienced som heats in my body and i find out that i have develop an early menopausy. I wonder if my dreams is gon againg for having a child. Do thats means that the ovary thosent ovulate anymore=??... or its possible to do something still.....have planed for surrogate mother in India together whit my husband.
Please help me to know what is the true!!

Thanks for yours answer.
Best wishes Nikita12.

you need blood work to find out where your hormone levels are its almost unheard of for a 29 year old to be perimenopausal. Why did you have hysterectomy at 16?

Yes egg retrival and surogate pregnancys are possible, they are expensive and a lot of legalities are involved your egg would be inseminated with your husbands sperm, turn into a embryo in petri dish and implanted into your surrogate who is basically lending you her womb.

Hei and thanks for answering! yes I know that perimenopausy on me are something weird. But tje thing is that is all te doctor i visit after the operation says that they would do something like to somebody at the age 16, Ichad some problems after that but are ok now . The reason why tey did that is unknkow for me i just had a salpingitis aguda. by the way i was  a poor child born in Cuba, so all that happen in Cuba.

You have gime even more hopes now , we are in contact whit a clinic in India , and have done some blods test they looks oksay my ginecologist. If thats is possible we will try to do it in 2009. Hope for the best!!
