Have 200 + mile road trip to make tomorrow to return my company to her own home and hope to get some rest, but plan to spend minimum of 30 min (hopefully more) on Wii Fit and we have a very obese dog (ever heard the saying "if your dog is over weight, you don't get enough exercise"?). Well, guess I better get on that or the dog will be in worse shape than I am!!
When it's all said and done, I believe I gained a couple of pounds and though I'm disappointed and worried about it, I'm not totally crushed because my blood sugars have continued to be all over the scales and with the stress level like it's been, it's pretty much what I should have expected.
Ready to get back on track and hope to have a plan worked out by Christmas time so I don't run into so much of the same problems. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
