You deserve to have a normal sexual life, and to know what your internal female organs look like and if they function normal do you have nomal menstural cycle.
most womens breasts are very tender before menst. that is 100% normal, the lumps you are feeling could be mamary glands or you could have cystic breasts both are normal.
You need to see a gynocologust for a full exam, trust me theres noting they havent seen, your not going to shock him, Be brave take this step, find out why your labia major is malforumed, abd get a little surgery to correct it then you can get on with your life , grow and learn about your sexuality, ( remember be safe) you may pm me if youd like to ask any more questions.
Keep your sugar consumption down, also.
Last, and what I personally is often a culprit is the use of regular soap in the private areas. They can easily cause discharge. buy a soap-less, or really mild, un-perfumed soap or EVE makes a product that comes in a bottle. that may totally take care of your problem and even what you think is a yeast infection and may not be. That is the very first thing I would do. it's OK to use regular soap on the rest of your body.
hope this helps, kat
