Can lupus or warfarin affect CA125

I have had elevated Ca125 for three years 85, 67, 72 underwent all tests and oophorectomy X 1 all tests and path benign. From the surgery had a pulmonary embolism (seven weeks post surg) clexane and warfarin followed. Have had a question mark over systemic lupus, however have had recent severe episode of symptoms of lupus and Ca 125 now at 106. Could the warfarin be affecting the Ca125 or could the ? Lupus increase the reading. A recent peliv ultrasound was NAD.
