Help, any suggestion's? I'm at a stand still in losing weight. I was 1st having the B12 & HCG but had to stop the HCG. Which helped losing weight and reduced my hot flashes, but my right ovarie began to hurt so I stop the HCG.
Now, I only get the B12 and Lipoden with Bontril which I haven't lost, I'm stuck. HELP?
