by mithcy, Nov 30, 2008 01:58AM
hi i am 30years old. during the night i wake up many times due to back pain.in the morning when i get out of bed the pain starts to go away little by little and i have noticed that when i use the 'toilet' hardly any pain is left. during the night the pain is constant, i feel like it is in my muscles but yet again i sometimes think its something from inside. during the night when i need to take my inhaler i sometimes cant inhale it deeply cause of the pain in my back responds sharply. i have been going on like this for ages and it is really annoying and frustrating. many thanks to you all. can you please help. kind regards mitchy

It sounds like what you're describing is soft tissue injuries aroud T spine and lumber spine, which can become worse over time. Given the severity of your pain and the functional limitations it's now placing on you, it probably is time to consult with a physician.

Another suggestion is inversion table may help your condition.
GOOD LUCK!
