which stage of cervical cancer am I?

I'm 25 and terrified that I may have advanced cervical cancer. Spotting for several days between every period, bleeding after sex, daily very painful pelvic cramps that last from a few minutes to several hours, increased frequency of urination, chronic constipation, bloated stomach, and finally a range of different discharges - from clear and watery, to milky to mucousy, to yellow-green, to bloody, and either odourless or with a range of different odours from fishy to musty to like vinegar - at least one of which is present 24/7.
I went for a PAP smear due to my symptoms which I've been having for well over a year. Upon the first inspection the doc said it looked like cervicitis due to chlamydia and I was given antibiotics, however two weeks later I find out I tested negative for herpes chlamydia and thrush and that my smear results were abnormal. When the doc examined my cervix she said it was looking much better although there were some ulcers, but she took another smear to verify if the cells had been due to any infection that may now have been cleared by the antibiotics. However, the results of the second smear were severely abnormal and I've been referred for an emergency colposcopy, but the doc maintained that for a woman of my age cancer was highly unlikely. I didn't believe her for a second, because I've seen too much evidence to the contrary.
If this is not cancer then what could it be? I assume I was tested for all STI's but I honestly don't remember because my head is so messed up from all the stress, so could it be another STI? If it is cancer would the antibiotics have made any difference?
Assuming that it is cancer, is it possible to be experiencing all the symptoms in the early stages of the disease, because I've read that they only present themselves in the more advanced stages and I'm getting increasingly worried as I have been exhibiting all the symptoms for a while now. The odd thing is that when the GP examined my cervix she pressed hard against my womb and asked if I felt any discomfort. I said no and she said that was a good sign because if I do have cc it means it hasn't spread to the womb. Yet all my symptoms are indicative of advanced cc?
I am so scared, I'm praying someone can tell me something positive to help me relax until I have the colposcopy.
