purple foot

I deny tauma to my foot. 2 days ago it was painful to touch then the following day it turned purple. My toes to that foot are numb. I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but I used a glucometer from a friend and my morning not my fasting blood sugar was 204. I am 142 lbs and 5 ft 10 inches. I am not overweight. My only other concerns are GAD and borderline BP.
