It has indeed been thrilling to watch everyone make good choices and pull together to take this challenge through Thanksgiving.  Realistic goals were set and, no matter what option was chosen, the comeraderie and stick-to-it-ness is what it is all about.

Believe in yourselves and each other ... what a team effort!!!

I have had a blast doing this challenge! I have learned it is possible to do the exercise and stick with it and see results! I have now lost like 4lbs!! only 2 inches off my waist and  1 inch off my hips i would like to see more i hope! You guys really are great motivators and i cant wait for the next challenge!!

I thought the challenge was fun and only wish I'd had more time and energy to devote than I was able to.  It was really cool to be able relate my frustrations, etc and no one accused me of being lazy, etc.  I only had a goal of losing 2 pounds, but my body got confused and went the wrong way!!  Yep, still gaining but not willing to give up.  Hoping to get results soon from last week's blood tests - maybe that will shed some light.

You guys, especially Skailark, have been great motivators.

gokuangel - congratulations on your 4 pound loss; your enthusiasm has been fantastic and I know you will be seeing more weight and inches come off soon.  Don't give up; it's working for you.

Looking for the next challenge to get started and will hang with it the best I can.

TY Guys so much!! i can already notice a difference!! i put some of my "tighter pants" on today which fit but normally i have to jump around to get in them and stretch them out but today i tried them on and they slid right on no jumping required lol!!

You go girl.  Keep up the good work and it won't be long, we'll be reading that you had to go buy smaller pants.  Yeah for you!!

I have lost 4 pounds and lost an inch off my waist.  Hopefully going to stick with it and get down to my goal weight next year.  How about a Christmas Challenge LOL?

Alright - you go too!!  That's a fantastic loss.  Do keep up the good work and you will reach your goal before you know it.

I do think Skailark is going to start another challenge real soon.
