Dear Dr., thank you so much for your help. The question I have is concerning a recent visit I had to a strip club. During my visit I received a private dance. During this dance which lasted 15 minutes, I kissed, and licked the strippers neck, chest, abd, and the back of her thigh one time. I also sucked and licked her nipples. At the end of the dance she kissed me twice on the lips but not deeply. I did not have anal, vaginal, or oral sex, but I am wondering the risks of  contracting stds through such contact. I did notice a white spot on my lip which went away but have had one on the front of my tongue which I thought could be irritation. Thanks you for your help.

This is a no risk "exposure".  STDs require penetration for transmission and you are at no risk from kissing any part of her body or sucking on her nipples.  The only, largely theoretical exception would be if you had direct contact with a lesion of some sort and if that were the case you would have seen or felt the abnormality. The white spot on your lip and/or tongue may be from irritation but are no STDs.  You do not need testing of any sort for this exposure.

Hope this helps. There is nothing to worry about.  EWH
